You may decline to provide HER with the requested personal data, but in such case HER may not handle your request accordingly due to insufficient information. Collection and Use of Personal Data

HER’s web server tracks and collects general information about the visits to this website. Those information, such as the daily numbers of visitors to the web site, the types of browsers used and etc. are for compilation of statistics purpose only.

 

Registration/Online Donation

The online donation on this website process via the Payment Solution Services powered by the BOC Credit Card (International) Limited. Your credit card information will only be collected by the bank and the credit card companies via their payment gateway for the purpose of processing the donation payment. Settlements of payments will be processed via the platform powered by the BOC Credit Card (International) Limited, and the bank concerned will not disclose any of the credit card information to HER. Other personal information such as donor’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address will be securely encrypted while transferring to HER system. They will only be used for the purposes of issuing donation receipts.
